Other factory options include: Power steering, Kelsey Hayes 4 piston Disc Brakes, Pony deluxe interior, centre console, woodgrain appointments, deluxe wheel covers and all of the usual GT appointments.

1972 Ford Pinto Sports Hatch – “Runabout”

Factory special order paint – Grabber Orange – the only one built.

Powered by a peppy 2.0 litre OHC 4 cylinder engine it has been tastefully upgraded and modified with the following:

Custom fuel injection system with fabricated intake and M/T valve cover, headers, mild camshaft, heavy duty radiator, Willwood disc brake system, automatic transmission with overdrive, 8.8 inch rear end with limited slip and 4.56 gears. Also sports Pro-forged rims and Mickey Thompson tyres.

The paintwork is majorly original and definitely has patina with some chips, marks & checking as you would expect from a driven car. The interior is in excellent condition with extra gauges & equipment. It comes with a file of receipts and paperwork including a Marti Report and window sticker. It also has some really cool framed memorabilia.
